Author: Johnna

Johnna has been selling real estate in Logan County for 3 years and has over 95 transactions and over $11.3 million dollars in sales. Her lifelong commitment to Sterling makes her a great asset to the community. Prior to selling real estate, Johnna worked for the County Assessor, transferring deeds, reading legal descriptions, and helping the general public with real estate tax related questions and concerns. She has recently achieved her GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor® Institute) by attending a specific, intensive series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering a variety of subjects including: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance, and risk reduction. In her personal time, Johnna enjoys running and participating in Marathons and Triathlons, going to the lake in the summer with her husband and 2 young daughters, and promoting events in the community along side the Chamber of Commerce and Young Professional Group. Grateful for an amazing group of community friends, Johnna makes sure that new residence feel welcomed in a way that has become customary in Northeastern Colorado.

This year has been an eventful one. Last fall, we purchased 6 acres outside of town to build our dream home on. I couldn't believe it!  I really thought it was going to be a wasted trip.  The entire 90 minute… Continue reading Looking back on the last 3 years

What an Amazing Woman She Was

February 20, 2018February 21, 2018 Johnna

I cant even begin to describe her to anyone.  She was amazing.  I remember her coming to the school… Continue reading What an Amazing Woman She Was

Riding the race high like crazy this week. Good to know my expression doesn’t change much between spitting and finally catching a camera at what appears to be mile 23 (I’m smiling because we were back to the downhill again). I still can’t get over how fun this race was!
